My review
Vince Vaughn has aged, but it actually adds to his charm, especially combined with the young actress. It was also great to see James Marsden. The script is unique and doesn't feel like everything else out there. The fights and action scenes are always spot-on and there’s plenty of them, without going over the top—definitely on par with John Wick. However, the ending didn't quite deliver, and since the finale heavily impacts the overall rating, it's a bit of a letdown. Still, I highly recommend watching it.
Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice: Sammy the Bull
The time travel is pure invention, but a mob hunting the man who talked to the police is very real. The most famous informant of all was Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano, underboss of New York's Gambino family. In 1991 he agreed to testify against his own boss, John Gotti, the "Teflon Don" whom no jury had been able to convict. Gravano admitted to taking part in 19 murders, and his testimony sent Gotti to prison for life in 1992. In return he served only about five years, and he spent the rest of his life with a price on his head.
